Supe peshku me perime

ujhungyuujhungyuingredients:
▪ 1.5 liters fish juice
▪ Celery
▪ Parsley
▪ salt
▪ Pepper
▪ 3 grains potatoes
▪ 3 carrots
▪ 8 sprouts
▪ 2 tomatoes
▪ 3 tablespoons oil
▪ Onions
Preparation:
Wash vegetables with water and then wait in cube form.
In a pot with oil, finely chopped onion cast and after the mix until pale, add the carrots, celery, bean sprouts and a little flour.
After this process throw tomatoes requiring the skin removed.
Fish juice which should prepare them at the beginning of the mass of mixed cast and let simmering. Toss in the potatoes and let boil about 10-15 minutes.
Soup thrown at the end of parsley, celery, pepper and salt as desired.
During the service plate pulp throw fish scraps that are boiled and cleaned from the bones.
